My complaint and tip on how to cancel If you’re trying to cancel membership and it says “No account found for this email” you have to “create an account” and then it’ll “activate” your account and you’ll be able to cancel. (It’s weird I know) ****My complaint**** My package never arrived and when I contacted them they basically said they send the package and they won’t replace or refund. This company is terrible.

I paid for Lip monthly July 2021 and… I paid for Lip monthly July 2021 and August 2021. I never received these products. I made quite a few emails to lip monthly. To no avail. It's always the same thing, we will look into this matter, or we will send a note to shipping. Still haven't received the products. So frustrating that lip monthly advertises for new customers when the can't even take care of existing customers. No sense ordering from them. You're wasting your money. Worst subscription ever!!!!

I love getting to try high quality lip… I love getting to try high quality lip products that I wouldn't normally buy on my own. I've really enjoyed trying everything I have received so far in my 3 bags. I did have an issue one month where my shipment was never shipped and I had to contact customer service several times before I finally got someone to solve the issue, but other than that, it's been great.

Unfulfilled Boxes Since November 2021 I signed up for Lipmonthly in November 2021 during their black Friday sale. A full month went by and I still had not received a product. I contacted their customer service who stated that COVID-19 has caused some shortages but rest assured they would ship my box soon. After January 2022, I canceled the subscription and ensured that both of the boxes were still processing. They assured me once more that they would ship soon. However, it is now November 2022, my boxes still say processing/unfulfilled and I haven't received any products. I have reached out to their automated chat . . .aka LM's customer service . . . to no response. Now I am not only out the money but the products, even though my boxes state they are unfulfilled.

I had an account previously (over a…year ago) but they reactivated w/out permission to my old address! I had an account previously (over a year ago) and suddenly I'm seeing bill for my new residence address AND my past address... using the card I'd previously used. They create new account and reactivated old account (I don't send makeup to my previous address!)... and realized it after several months of charges on my card listed as lm. NEVER got any of the products and DID NOT re-activate the one account or create the other one.
