Thank you Thank you, thank you, thank you for sending me lip colors I can actually wear! Beautiful shades, and not a brown, purple or orange in the bunch! As a 60-year-old woman, I appreciate receiving colors that aren't more suited to a 20-something. We older women want attention, too!

Lip monthly is a rip off Lip monthly didn’t pay enough postage for shipping. Twice I’ve had to pay $2.40 to the post office. I still haven’t received last months & customer service claimed to issue refunds they never issued & I never received as well as claimed my order has been fulfilled. The products are almost as bad as customer service.

I paid and they ghosted me I was a customer of this company years ago and everything was fine. Never had an issue. I canceled my plan because I needed to cut back on things and tried to start it up again in 2021. Got my initial bag just fine. Got charged for the next two months (premium account, so $19.95 a month) and never received either bag. I wrote them the first time about it and got a reply that it was supply issues--blah blah blah. Whatever. Cool. That was a year ago. Still haven't received those two bags that I paid for. No replies to my messages. My account shows that I paid for the two bags but that the orders are "unfulfilled." Shady, shady business. There are plenty if other subscription boxes out there Stay away from this "company."

My complaint and tip on how to cancel If you’re trying to cancel membership and it says “No account found for this email” you have to “create an account” and then it’ll “activate” your account and you’ll be able to cancel. (It’s weird I know) ****My complaint**** My package never arrived and when I contacted them they basically said they send the package and they won’t replace or refund. This company is terrible.

Unfulfilled Boxes Since November 2021 I signed up for Lipmonthly in November 2021 during their black Friday sale. A full month went by and I still had not received a product. I contacted their customer service who stated that COVID-19 has caused some shortages but rest assured they would ship my box soon. After January 2022, I canceled the subscription and ensured that both of the boxes were still processing. They assured me once more that they would ship soon. However, it is now November 2022, my boxes still say processing/unfulfilled and I haven't received any products. I have reached out to their automated chat . . .aka LM's customer service . . . to no response. Now I am not only out the money but the products, even though my boxes state they are unfulfilled.
