GBI love it so far but I do think a few… I love it so far but I do think a few things need to change like we should be able to take a quiz that lets us tell what color would work best and the idea of a one non lip product I don’t like the reason I wanted this because it’s just for lips and I got ispy for my other makeup so I just need the lip stuff. I love the little bags it’s comes in so cute.

GBI had an account previously (over a…year ago) but they reactivated w/out permission to my old address! I had an account previously (over a year ago) and suddenly I'm seeing bill for my new residence address AND my past address... using the card I'd previously used. They create new account and reactivated old account (I don't send makeup to my previous address!)... and realized it after several months of charges on my card listed as lm. NEVER got any of the products and DID NOT re-activate the one account or create the other one.

GBI paid and they ghosted me I was a customer of this company years ago and everything was fine. Never had an issue. I canceled my plan because I needed to cut back on things and tried to start it up again in 2021. Got my initial bag just fine. Got charged for the next two months (premium account, so $19.95 a month) and never received either bag. I wrote them the first time about it and got a reply that it was supply issues--blah blah blah. Whatever. Cool. That was a year ago. Still haven't received those two bags that I paid for. No replies to my messages. My account shows that I paid for the two bags but that the orders are "unfulfilled." Shady, shady business. There are plenty if other subscription boxes out there Stay away from this "company."

GBAbsolute scam I paid $165 of one year subscription, ended up only getting the first bag with some dollar store cheap craps in it, total worth less than $5. I could not request a refund because I paid annually not monthly, so basically I already received partial order. There's nothing I could do on my bank's end, either, because it's passed the deadline of reverse charging them. I have not heard from them ever since I placed my order, and it's been more than one year now. It's pretty obvious that this is a scam.

GBHorrible customer service! Never responds So fed up with their customer service, They never respond! It takes them a month to delivery the product. By that time the next bag is due however they are advertising max 7 business to get your bag. I gave them plenty of opportunities but I am done with this company. Definitely going back to ipsy or boxy charm
