GBMy complaint and tip on how to cancel If you’re trying to cancel membership and it says “No account found for this email” you have to “create an account” and then it’ll “activate” your account and you’ll be able to cancel. (It’s weird I know) ****My complaint**** My package never arrived and when I contacted them they basically said they send the package and they won’t replace or refund. This company is terrible.

GBIm very angry stole my money… Im very angry as i kindly waited and wrote them sent several messages and no response im missing months March 2021 and April 2021 they stole my money and continue to withdraw out my account, now im gonna have to cancel that. They even read my message on Instagram and didnt reply. Im very upset they stole my money and didnt reply to my messages and never shipped my subscription im missing two months.

GBI was billed for at least 3 boxes and… I was billed for at least 3 boxes and only ever received 1. Products were mediocre in the only box I received. No customer service to help fix unfulfilled orders or fraudulent billing either.

GBI had an account previously (over a…year ago) but they reactivated w/out permission to my old address! I had an account previously (over a year ago) and suddenly I'm seeing bill for my new residence address AND my past address... using the card I'd previously used. They create new account and reactivated old account (I don't send makeup to my previous address!)... and realized it after several months of charges on my card listed as lm. NEVER got any of the products and DID NOT re-activate the one account or create the other one.

GBLet’s File A Class Action Lawsuit I’d love to be part of a class action lawsuit against this company. When I first subscribed, they were great. I loved the products and the affordable subscription. But since at least October 2021, I have paid monthly for a subscription I am unable to cancel, and haven’t received a bag. They have no way to contact them or cancel, just a form on their website. There is no phone number or email. I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau and even they have been unable to contact this company. The subscription price has also INCREASED. By about $10. I’m now paying over $20 monthly for a subscription I don’t receive and am unable to cancel. This needs to stop.
