DISAPPOINTED I had high hopes for relief of my lower back pain but after using the machine for 2 weeks I saw no improvement. I would have sent the machine back but I put it away and forgot about it and I think it was too late to return. For $300 I felt like I got ripped off. A total come on that got people to think they would get pain relief and then nothing. I have since then found a therapeutic massage therapist and she is doing an amazing job of stretching muscles and strengthening my body and I wish I would have spent my wasted $300 on more sessions with her. I recommend save your money and do not buy this machine

Kyrobak I'm sure this is very effective for most people. My problem is my head needs to stay more elevated than this allows to be effective; otherwise my "crystals" get out of wack and I get very dizzy. Also, if you are alone, getting on is a little difficult, and I tried to reverse that to get started, but that did not work.

Scam??!! I ordered Kyrobak on June 6 I ordered Kyrobak on June 6, 2017 and paid IN FULL on my AMEX. Yes, Amex has already charged me! To date, June 29, 2017, I have NOT received the devise. I have attempted multiple times to reach the Customer Service # 800-973-5523 listed on website; it immediately auto disconnects. What's the deal Kyrobak? Why are you unreachable? Make sure know what your problem is before buying Used once a few days after receiving and am still in excessive pain. on a scale of 1 to 10 I am experiencing on average an 8. I hurt so much that I failed to make the deadline for return of the device.

The Kyrobak Please be advised that the Kyrobak was a waste of money. I used it according to instruction and it did absolutely nothing. I tried contacting the company and couldn't get though, so was never able to get a customer service rep.
