Scam??!! I ordered Kyrobak on June 6 I ordered Kyrobak on June 6, 2017 and paid IN FULL on my AMEX. Yes, Amex has already charged me! To date, June 29, 2017, I have NOT received the devise. I have attempted multiple times to reach the Customer Service # 800-973-5523 listed on website; it immediately auto disconnects. What's the deal Kyrobak? Why are you unreachable? Kyrobak I'm sure this is very effective for most people. My problem is my head needs to stay more elevated than this allows to be effective; otherwise my "crystals" get out of wack and I get very dizzy. Also, if you are alone, getting on is a little difficult, and I tried to reverse that to get started, but that did not work.

Not for the obese/elderly Both a sofa or bed are too soft to use this equipment on and the floor is too low and/or almost impossible for an 85 y/o obese woman with back pain to get down to or up from! The seat of the machine may be fine for a normal size/weight person but not for the obese or elderly. You need to invent a "plus size" model...but even with that, access remains a problem. Will likely be returning this soon.

wschaeff's review I found that it really didn't do much for me. At the time of use, I really didn't have a problem but I found that, for whatever reason, after using it for a while, I began to feel some discomfort and so discontinued to use it. I should add that when I ordered it, the advertisement led me to believe that it was a good deal less expensive then when I was billed. You should review that.

Unacceptable Unit came without the power cord. When I called to report it, the customer service rep. was incredulous then finally offerred to send a "replacement." There was no attempt to get it to me quickly so by the time it arrived about two weeks later, the unit had been stored and forgotten. In the meantime, I started doing yoga as my doctor had suggested to try and avoid a spinal fusion. I asked him about using this device but he was not aware of it or anything like it. He had doubts about how useful it might be, so I have yet to use it and will try to return it for a refund.
