Scam??!! I ordered Kyrobak on June 6 I ordered Kyrobak on June 6, 2017 and paid IN FULL on my AMEX. Yes, Amex has already charged me! To date, June 29, 2017, I have NOT received the devise. I have attempted multiple times to reach the Customer Service # 800-973-5523 listed on website; it immediately auto disconnects. What's the deal Kyrobak? Why are you unreachable? Not a useful product. The Kyrobak did nothing to alleviate my low back pain, so I have returned it pursuant to their 60-day money back guarantee. I do not recommend Kyrobak.

Kyrobak I'm sure this is very effective for most people. My problem is my head needs to stay more elevated than this allows to be effective; otherwise my "crystals" get out of wack and I get very dizzy. Also, if you are alone, getting on is a little difficult, and I tried to reverse that to get started, but that did not work.

Unacceptable Unit came without the power cord. When I called to report it, the customer service rep. was incredulous then finally offerred to send a "replacement." There was no attempt to get it to me quickly so by the time it arrived about two weeks later, the unit had been stored and forgotten. In the meantime, I started doing yoga as my doctor had suggested to try and avoid a spinal fusion. I asked him about using this device but he was not aware of it or anything like it. He had doubts about how useful it might be, so I have yet to use it and will try to return it for a refund.
