Unacceptable Unit came without the power cord. When I called to report it, the customer service rep. was incredulous then finally offerred to send a "replacement." There was no attempt to get it to me quickly so by the time it arrived about two weeks later, the unit had been stored and forgotten. In the meantime, I started doing yoga as my doctor had suggested to try and avoid a spinal fusion. I asked him about using this device but he was not aware of it or anything like it. He had doubts about how useful it might be, so I have yet to use it and will try to return it for a refund.

Not a useful product. The Kyrobak did nothing to alleviate my low back pain, so I have returned it pursuant to their 60-day money back guarantee. I do not recommend Kyrobak.

DISAPPOINTED I had high hopes for relief of my lower back pain but after using the machine for 2 weeks I saw no improvement. I would have sent the machine back but I put it away and forgot about it and I think it was too late to return. For $300 I felt like I got ripped off. A total come on that got people to think they would get pain relief and then nothing. I have since then found a therapeutic massage therapist and she is doing an amazing job of stretching muscles and strengthening my body and I wish I would have spent my wasted $300 on more sessions with her. I recommend save your money and do not buy this machine

notice of improvement I do feel there has been a noticeable improvement in reducing my back pain. It isn't completely gone like I had hoped but I am certainly more comfortable than before staring to use it. I am hoping I will continue to see improvement by daily use either once or twice a day.

Scam??!! I ordered Kyrobak on June 6 I ordered Kyrobak on June 6, 2017 and paid IN FULL on my AMEX. Yes, Amex has already charged me! To date, June 29, 2017, I have NOT received the devise. I have attempted multiple times to reach the Customer Service # 800-973-5523 listed on website; it immediately auto disconnects. What's the deal Kyrobak? Why are you unreachable? Where is my devise, or.... refund my money? Lost Trust here! Linda Yeatts in Glendale AZ. Looking for a RESPONSE PLEASE!
