Hard to believe Didn't really expect this to be helpful after years of chronic sore, spasming low back, especially after exertion. Surprisingly, I find myself using the Kyrobak at least once and sometimes twice a day. The motion actually seems to relax the muscles and substantially ease the discomfort. Not bad for only 10 min. of use!!!

DISAPPOINTED I had high hopes for relief of my lower back pain but after using the machine for 2 weeks I saw no improvement. I would have sent the machine back but I put it away and forgot about it and I think it was too late to return. For $300 I felt like I got ripped off. A total come on that got people to think they would get pain relief and then nothing. I have since then found a therapeutic massage therapist and she is doing an amazing job of stretching muscles and strengthening my body and I wish I would have spent my wasted $300 on more sessions with her. I recommend save your money and do not buy this machine

Scam??!! I ordered Kyrobak on June 6 I ordered Kyrobak on June 6, 2017 and paid IN FULL on my AMEX. Yes, Amex has already charged me! To date, June 29, 2017, I have NOT received the devise. I have attempted multiple times to reach the Customer Service # 800-973-5523 listed on website; it immediately auto disconnects. What's the deal Kyrobak? Why are you unreachable? Unacceptable Unit came without the power cord. When I called to report it, the customer service rep. was incredulous then finally offerred to send a "replacement." There was no attempt to get it to me quickly so by the time it arrived about two weeks later, the unit had been stored and forgotten. In the meantime, I started doing yoga as my doctor had suggested to try and avoid a spinal fusion. I asked him about using this device but he was not aware of it or anything like it. He had doubts about how useful it might be, so I have yet to use it and will try to return it for a refund.

Not a complete cure but helpful in reducing pain. After several decades of lower back pain, the Kyrobak provided some relief, especially after exercise and long walks. I did not obtain 100% cure but probably improved it by 75%. That was more than other treatments I have tried (chiropractor, physical therapy). It took several months of using the Kyrobak before I felt it was working .
