HR1+ year after submitting, still not results My kit was received by Dante Labs in December 2022. I still have not received my results. Contacted customer servise on multiple occassions, they do answer but it is always the same response of 'we are so sorry' and 'we are doing everything we can'. At this point I am sure they lost my kit, along with numerous others' judging on the reviews here. I am just genuinely curious what happened since I am sure I will never receive my results. Tell your customers the truth since there is no way my kit has been sequencing for a year.

NOI am afraid this company is Fraud I am afraid this company is Fraud - I have waited 66 weeks and they still keep promising results. Even the CEO !! promises, and they still do not deliver - STAY AWAY ! Facebook group to prepare trial to be prepared - they do answer here on Trustpilot - but what they promise is absolutely not true. They are even marketing themselves with Trustpilot ! - how come ? Over 50% dissatisfied customers. Trustpilot should probably take action themselves , not to be misused, and check their marketing on Facebook and Instagram.

GBNo Return Label, No Customer Support Update: Customer service responded with a mailing label 3 weeks after my first inquiry, which was 3 weeks after I placed the order. ---- I placed an order for a full sequence kit, and it came after 3 weeks but didn't come with an address label. I've emailed three times and filled out a contact form twice but haven't had a response. As the other reviews note below, they don't respond to the customer support email they provide in their responses here.

GBDon't use this company Don't use this company. I sent in my blood sample almost a year ago and when writing to them they can only say they have the sample. That's it! I think they either destroyed it or lost it. They won't give me my money back either. It's a scam and they lack all creditability. Save your money.
