GBM&S Fantastic I purchase quite a lot of things from M&S on line. No problems with delivery or returns, and items are reasonably priced, shame they don't do the 99% british made they did years ago, but I reccomend them for Christmas items, for family and friends, and underware, especially bra's. very reasonably priced and they wash and ware well. I will be purchasing on line again soon, it works for me.

GBLovely Bought a cake for my daughters birthday and it was AMAZING! It looked so good and everyone was very impressed. Tasted delicious and lasted for ages. Would definitely recomend to others.

GBDisappointing I had £35 in vouchers for years, and couldn't find anything to buy. Finally bought trousers but your lengths are different to everyone else ?????? -- 29in, 31 in and Normal, why are yours 28, 30, 32. I chucked them out in the end. Don't know what people see in their produce. Sainsbury's clothing is better and all the supermarkets have better food - is it just a snob thing? Also cafes (I've tried two) are pretty dire. Coffee is tasteless and couldn't find anything worth eating - ok I'm vegetarian, but even the snacks and cookies were unappealing. Tesco, Asda and Morrisons all do cafes better.

GBFlowers undelivered, no help from M&S I ordered flowers to be delivered for an important family occasion. They did not turn up on the day and M&S simply provided the courier's number for me to call. I spent over an hour on the phone to the courier, mostly at a premium phone rate, but the flowers were never traced. I chose M&S because I thought I could rely on them. I could not. It was extremely upsetting that the flowers I thought I had sent were never delivered. M&S refunded me and gave me a £5 voucher but this did not begin to compensate for the distress caused.

GBMade in China & the far east The policy of the company towards its customers is and still remains legendry. Their products outside the foodhalls are however mainly from China and that part of the world. Not even my pants are now made in the UK. For a flagship British company this is very dissappointing
