GBThe customer service of this company is awful, a joke, nonexistant The customer service of this company is an absolute joke. Yeah you get a lifetime warranty but trying to get someone to service the sauna WHEN it breaks is a nightmare. I'm honestly amazed this company can stay in business with how awful its customer service is. Every time I've had an issue, it takes over a month and hours of multiple phone calls that get me nowhere. Finally I've had to tell them I'm going to file a complaint with the company in order for anything to get done.

GBnot worth it. dissapointed. - they get their saunas from china so they have been facing incredible delays where my sauna took over 7 months to ship, the delivery date kept pushing because my sauna was stuck at the port from china! - one of the walls arrived damaged and it took 5 days to get ahold of their support team and then 3 weeks to get a replacement wall - when I finally got the sauna setup the heaters were definitely weaker than I expected - NOT worth the high price tag, disappointed

GBExcellent Customer Service!!! I use my Clearlight sauna 3/weekly. It helps keep me feeling healthy and relaxed. Recently I needed to order a replacement part after 5 years of use so I contacted Clearlight customer service. They went above and beyond to help me. Not only were they prompt, professional, and knowledgable they also expedited my part so I could get back to my sauna ways. :D Viviana and Stephanie are excellent at making sure you feel taken care of and also good friendly people who make the experience pleasant. NLCustomer service that matches the product; top notch! We have been using the Essential 2 persons sauna for almost a year now and we love it. Out of the multiple (cheaper) choices out there, we felt Clearlight saunas offers a premium product and matching customer service. Although we bought their base model, it doesn't feel like "economy class". A small corner in the attic was just enough to have our own private spa, which you can enjoy anytime you have a bit of free time to relax. The customer service is top notch and you really sense that Clearlight is aiming to please their customers.

GBDO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! The entire purchasing process and dealing with Clearlight has been a complete nightmare. We purchased the Sauna with installation in June 2023. They said shipping wouldn't be until September 2023, which we were okay with. We didn’t receive the shipping information until we followed up multiple times, and finally, the sauna was delivered in late October. We then set up the installation appointment which took another two weeks. When the installers arrived in mid-November, after opening the first package, they saw the back panel damaged, so we had to file a report and wait for a new back panel to ship and deliver. The back panel was shipped damaged. They sent you a photo of the package as it shipped, and you can see the hole in the outside of the boxes and packaging. That took another month of us following up extensively to get an answer on when/if they are going to send out a new one. The new back panel was shipped and finally delivered the week before Christmas, and we reached out to the first installers, who told us we had to return to the company to schedule the installation. Fast forward another month for the installation appointment. The second installers were finally able to put the sauna together but would not take the broken panel or the packaging from the broken panel. The broken panel is 8 feet x 5 feet so now we are stuck with this large panel sitting in our space and shipping crates. We haven’t even had a chance to use the sauna yet, so who knows what that will look like? I would be highly cautious not to buy and not expect anything expedited or any urgency from Clear Light.
