FII love my Clearlight Infrared sauna… I love my Clearlight Infrared sauna just simply because it gives me my own surround to enjoy the heat, meditate, and get energized. Besides really well-working infrared panels, I love all the little functions that are easy to handle, I love the colored lights, and that you so easily sync your mobile so that you can listen to your own music while sweating and getting relaxed. (The speaker is so good that my kids go to the sauna to listen to their own songs.) This is my way to spend quality time with myself and simultaneously gain health benefits (as no sore muscles or flues anymore). I love that the sauna is ready straight away when you want to go there, so it's easy to use daily – and also, the wood panels smell really good :)

GBPrepare to be disappointed Prepare to be disappointed if you choose Clearlight. They will not be transparent about inventory availability and their focus is up-selling you to get the best commission. I was working with Steve and Allison. I got right to the point of pulling the trigger, and oh, no inventory for several months! Don’t waste your time. Radiant Health also has very low EMF and their price point is better. Also the Sunlighten Far-IR is a good choice at a better price. Sales reps from both RH and Sunlighten have been better to work with and seem sincerely wanting to help me. Cheers to your health!

AUClearlight - service and sauna I was a bit concerned after reading a few of the reviews about Clearlight saunas and so I asked a lot of questions and received a lot of promises from its representatives. Must say, they lived up to everything. Bella Mata Luque was totally impressive and professional. Couldnt recommend clearlight and Bella higly enough. We are loving the sauna.

GBDo NOT recommend I would not recommend the Sanctuary Retreat from Clearlight. I purchased it in November 2023, it is now almost Feb 2024, and I still cannot use it. The floorboards are warped so badly that clients would get hurt. And the bench board is broken, both pieces were wrapped perfectly, which means that the quality control dept let this go. Customer service said the items would be replaced in 7-10 weeks. They would not do anything else for the major inconvenience.

GBGreat sauna, useless APP Installed my Sanctuary 2 in April 2023. Installation went well although more detailed instructions would help with some questions that come up when trying to interpret images. Have been using it 4 times a week since then WITHOUT a single issue. Bought the extra heater. In my opinion this is a must!! I find the quality of the product to be worth the investment and hope to get years of regular use out of it. No problems with customer service, ordering or delivery. Biggest complaint is the inability to use the APP on my IPhone. With known issues, it’s hard to believe that the Company has not effectively been able to address the useless APP. Would love to at least be able to turn on the sauna remotely to warm it up. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. C’mon Clearlight!
