GBI've cut my drinking in half I have not gone a day without alcohol in years. The thought of not having my nightly wine or going out to eat without a fancy cocktail leaves me feeling anxious and dreadful. The very first week I went 3 days without alcohol, one of those days I even went to a restaurant and ordered tea instead. I am a person who prides myself in discipline in all other areas of my life but I have convinced myself that I need alcohol to relax and to be social. No complciations in payment methoods or in chekcouts. Nothing wort noting. It's as if it was just avarage and nothing else. No criticism, no praise. Just an honest review based on life experience, not on any individual encounter. Some mistakes in my order went unnoticed, but they were resolved quickly. The process was mediocore, but at least it got done.

GBI am thoughtful about most everything I… I am thoughtful about most everything I do - what I eat, getting enough exercise, taking vitamins, even personal and home cleanliness. But I found as the pandemic continued, I was not at all thoughtful - mindful - about what I was drinking. Cutback coach has really helped me in rediscovering that necessary skill. It doesn’t mean I haven’t slipped up but not often and I’ve already cut my weekly drinks about in half. I also really appreciate their emails of encouragement. I save them a reread them a couple of times a week.

CASetting Limits I've just finished my 2nd full week and I am feeling very positive. Who knew setting consumption limits and sticking to them would be so effective? I think follow up texts and encouraging messages from coaches help too. I don't want to let myself or the coaches down. 😊
