GBUsing app for almost three weeks I have been using the app for almost three weeks and I am very pleased. It helps track my goals, my actuals, and has helped me reduce my alcohol usage. Once I put my goal (target) in, there is an added level of commitment. Daily prompts and reminders help as well.

GBThis service is a great idea in Theory This service is a great idea in theory...but crappy in practice. It's not therapy. Obviously. But billing themselves as a therapy alternative is a lie at best, and lawsuit waiting to happen at worst. If you truly have alcohol issues this isn't gonna help. If you are young and trying to reign in your consumption then you are gonna be paying way too much money to just do what you already know...

GBWhy you should purchase this app If you don’t mind being responded to by a computer bot most of the time, then spend the $74 a year for this app. If you don’t mind receiving text messages (6-10 of them) to your iPhone that are not in order, spend the $74 a year for this app. If you don’t mind the lack of responsibility taken for poor communication within the app, spend the $74 a year.

GBI needed some accountability. I got to a point where I needed to be more mindful of my drinks. Having the coaching and being able to track and set new goals is a lifesaver.

GBPredatory ass sign up scandal Predatory ass sign up scandal. They will renew without permission and default setting is 295. If you struggle with drinking, you may also struggle with these kinds of deadlines. Be careful. And I would think twice about trusting a predatory ass company like this. Response to Sunnyside: Not true. I mentioned in my email several times and no one told me anything except sorry if you were caught off guard. Not that there was a mistake, or a misunderstanding, or that I opted in. I mentioned it several times.
