Really nice products and great customer care The kind folks at North Shore sent us (at our request) a sample of their undergarments to try. They sent them very quickly. They were kind to send emails confirming our order and letting us know when the products were on their way to being delivered. The undergarments are comfortable and effective. We appreciate the good quality product and excellent customer care.

Upon trying one on the plastic backing feels nice and comfortable so no complaints there the thickness is also fine.but the leg elastics seem to be none existent no stretch to them they don’t grip around the legs they are not up to what I was expecting at all. I really wish northshore would look at fixing this problem as they would have a great diaper/nappy if this was looked at and fixed. I understand this is not as straightforward to do and will be very surprised if me saying this will change anything?. I ordered off the website diaper minister

This is a great company This is a great company! They have some of the highest quality incontinence products that you can find. I wasn't used to non-supermarket brands, and their prices seemed steep, but they really aren't. I didn't need as much product due to the absorbency and had way fewer skin issues and leaks. It actually wound up being less expensive in the long run. Their customer service is great too and service is quick.

If you are uncertain about a product right for the customer, they will send out samples free of charge. Also, the products under their own product brand are of the highest quality. Some may find it difficult or embarrassing talking about their incontinence, but they put all of those issues to rest because they are supportive and understanding.

The Megamax is now my new favorite The Megamax is now my new favorite. As a poor college student, there are affordable, absorbent and snug. With the extra length on the XL and wing width, i somewhat feel less fat as most brands that label XL can be too tight.
