Upon trying one on the plastic backing feels nice and comfortable so no complaints there the thickness is also fine.but the leg elastics seem to be none existent no stretch to them they don’t grip around the legs they are not up to what I was expecting at all. I really wish northshore would look at fixing this problem as they would have a great diaper/nappy if this was looked at and fixed. I understand this is not as straightforward to do and will be very surprised if me saying this will change anything?. I ordered off the website diaper minister

I can't say enough good about this company! NorthShore has been amazing since the first time I contacted them. From sending free samples so that we could find the correct size, to replacing a lost order (Fed Ex issue, not NorthShore's) and refunding the shipping cost since we didn't get it the next day like we normally do. They have excellent products, but the outstanding customer service is what will always keep me as a customer.

I have tried many different types of… I have tried many different types of over nite diapers and by far, Northshore Medical carries the top two. The Mega Max and the Air Supreme are absolutely great. You can save a little by going with a cheaper diaper, but trust me, it's not worth waking up with a diaper that leaked.

Their customer service is exceptional Their customer service is exceptional. I recieved my free productss samples so quickly. I received emails from them making sure they were sending the right size etc. I have not used all the products yet, but they may be getting a new client. My incontinence problem is a sensitive subject, between my husband & myself. because of the burden it puts on our finances., & I feel so worthless sometimes, It's so nice to have such wonderful & supportive Customer service.

Northshore is the best!!! Northshore has hands down the greatest group of human beings to ever work for a company!!! The adult diapers are the best diapers on the planet in my opinion!!!! When you make an order whether it’s a purchase or sample northshore treats you with the highest quality of customer service!!! Other companies doesn’t come close to matching northshore’s level of service!!! I will forever be a customer!!!! Thank you northshore for being the best!!!!
