Amazing diapers I had to put my dad in a nursing home recently and was having trouble finding good diapers as he has been dealing with a bad rash. I was having trouble deciding and called them directly to ask questions. I spoke to a wonderful lady named Janet who was so nice and offered to send some samples. Imagine my surprise when I got a box full of samples. I was so surprised and was so happy I had already ordered some and they are such a nice quality and so so much better than what we were using. I can't say enough good about this company! NorthShore has been amazing since the first time I contacted them. From sending free samples so that we could find the correct size, to replacing a lost order (Fed Ex issue, not NorthShore's) and refunding the shipping cost since we didn't get it the next day like we normally do.
