GBStay away from this hosting OMG! What a disaster! I used and loved Media Temple since 2010. What a nightmare it became after it was sold to GoDaddy. My business email is rejected half of the time due to spam issues. After a long back and forth with the support they told me they can't do anything because someone on the same mail node is a spammer and it affects others. DNS is on and off during the last 12 months. Support says - we can see here that everything works properly, but Google meticulously keeps pausing my Ads due to the destination being unavailable. Stay away from this mess. Never thought I'll say something like this about Media Temple. So sad.

AUDisgusting level of customer support changing to GoDaddy Been a customer for 10 years and have had the most absolutely despicable service from GoDaddy since the changeover. Websites down, emails down, support staff have no idea or simply lie. GoDaddy then deleted all of my legacy email services from the transitional MT/GoDaddy servers. I've spent about 6 hours on the phone or chat support to these people and the service and reliability of the hosting gets worse every time.

CAMT is terrible — avoid at all costs. MT is a joke. The transfer to GoDaddy has been an utter disaster. I host three corporate/client websites with MT, and with the transfer two stopped resolving URL due to MediaTemple screwing up the MX records. There is ZERO customer support. Ticketed support is simply GONE. Nobody answers chat support — been on hold for hours. I just received a cryptic, worrying email saying "We recently noticed that the following Media Temple services of yours are suspended. Unfortunately, suspended services are not eligible to be migrated. If a service remains suspended the service will be deleted, and data will not be recoverable." WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS MEAN? I can't find anything on MT's site; nothing in my Admin corresponds to this email, and of course, there is no support. So I am fully backing up everything and preparing to inform my clients we should move our services to another host. This is pathetic, and evidently MT does not care about customer data, nevermind website uptime.

GBMuch the same as a lot of comments… Much the same as a lot of comments here. I've been with MT for over a decade and now it's just awful. 2.5 hour wait times for a lead to a hosting question that may not arrive. Really disapointing that such a great name can fall from grace so tragically. I'll be looking to migrate my sites ASAP.

GBAvoid at all costs! Avoid at all costs! I have been with Media Temple for over 15 years. The service now is none existent since their recent migration over to GoDaddy. Their chat support is none existent. I have spent countless hours just trying to access my client's files. Their cPanel implementation is not fit for purpose and is a total mess. On the rare occasion that I can get through their tech support (usually after being on hold for hours on end) I get put through to a GoDaddy representative that does not have any access to the old Media Temple architecture. This means that I can't even pass their verification procedure as my support pin and email account does not register on their systems. After failing to help me, I am simply put back on old again waiting for the same thing to happen again. Such a shame that the company has been totally ruined. Avoid at all costs!!!
