GBStay away from this hosting OMG! What a disaster! I used and loved Media Temple since 2010. What a nightmare it became after it was sold to GoDaddy. My business email is rejected half of the time due to spam issues. After a long back and forth with the support they told me they can't do anything because someone on the same mail node is a spammer and it affects others. DNS is on and off during the last 12 months. Support says - we can see here that everything works properly, but Google meticulously keeps pausing my Ads due to the destination being unavailable. Stay away from this mess. Never thought I'll say something like this about Media Temple. So sad.

GBDownhill After More than 14 years Being a Happy Customer After more than 14 years of being on MediaTemple I am finally making a move. They used to have great support. Now, practically non-existent. I've had tons of issues suddenly with email, can't get support...they started without any warning trying to charge automatically my credit card without my consent and I am now ready to leap away. VERY SAD after so many years of service that was good.

CAAbsolutely the worst "support"… Absolutely the worst "support" experience. I have ever had. After waiting on hold for an hour this guy decided to berate me because I referred to our server as a DV and not a VPS. I called because we keep getting an error when trying to do a snapshot backup in the Media Temple control panel and he tried to tell me we had to hire a web developer to fix backups that are done by them in their own control panel. Which is just ridiculous. Now that GoDaddy is running the show service just sucks beyond compare. Now after being with Media Temple for 10 years I have to migrate to a new hosting company because they have hired morons for support and there is no way to escalate to someone that knows what they are doing and no recourse other than calling back and hoping you don't get the same "support" rep.

GBCheated with a $360 bill after more… Cheated with a $360 bill after more than a decade of being their client. Due to their lack of support, increase of price, ftp problems and impossibility to contact, I requested to close my hosting on the 9th of April 2023, before they moved to GoDaddy. I received a confirmation that my hosting was going to be closed from Jonathan Ramirez on the 12th of April. Instead of that, I’ve been charged on the first of May with a $360 bill for a whole hosting year as a reseller in GoDaddy. I want immediate reimbursing and proper closure. There is no way to open a support request. None of my emails to the support account, the legal account, the press account, the PR account, etc. or twitter or the form in their website was responded. I want immediate reimbursing and proper closure. EDITED 6th of May: I received an email from Trustpilot to add review details, and I was expecting to have the option of attaching some documents, but the page was closed right after placing my personal details, leaving it with a "reference number" field empty because I didn't understand what it was referred to. The numbers for the bill are Invoice/Statement (ivs#): 103365-91 Account (act#): 103365 The web hosted was "marcelgarbi.com" Edited 15th of May: NOBODY contacted me at all. I feel robbed.

GBTerrible service levels since GoDaddy buyout Like so many people, I was a happy MT customer for more than a decade but in recent years and since the move to them being owned by GoDaddy, the service is terrible and I'm now actively migrating my sites to another host and will be cancelling. You can no longer open a support ticket, live chat takes hours to get through and if you're not there it's closed instantly. Shame to see a once great hosting company become such a low quality service. Absolutely avoid.
