A Fall from Grace They sold out to GoDaddy and now there is no way to get in touch with them for support. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a transitional period, but this has been the case for months now. Regrettably, I am ending my nearly ten-year relationship as a customer with them, starting today. * Update: Unsurprisingly I never received an email from MT about this. And to anybody in a similar situation we have just moved to unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk and their service and support to date has been fantastic.

Disgusting level of customer support changing to GoDaddy Been a customer for 10 years and have had the most absolutely despicable service from GoDaddy since the changeover. Websites down, emails down, support staff have no idea or simply lie. GoDaddy then deleted all of my legacy email services from the transitional MT/GoDaddy servers. I've spent about 6 hours on the phone or chat support to these people and the service and reliability of the hosting gets worse every time.

Terrible service levels since GoDaddy buyout Like so many people, I was a happy MT customer for more than a decade but in recent years and since the move to them being owned by GoDaddy, the service is terrible and I'm now actively migrating my sites to another host and will be cancelling. You can no longer open a support ticket, live chat takes hours to get through and if you're not there it's closed instantly. Shame to see a once great hosting company become such a low quality service. Absolutely avoid.

Mediatemple service outages - WARNING Mediatemple’s service appears to be in complete meltdown and has experienced multiple outages over the past few months and at least 4 major outages in February alone, totaling nearly 10 hours. We paid for their Move-a-site service and they refused to refund the fees even though the service is unusable. Details appear below. Mostly harmless Too much down time for our liking Support was very patchy. on a good day you would get great tchnical support however there were many days where we were treated poorly, tickets misread and multiple tickets or calls needed to get things sorted The Railgun cloudflare integration is helpfull and the control penal well thought out but high prices the relentless selling of add on services at $70 a time (no refunds if it doesn't work either!) and patchy service drove us away.
