I paid my frontier internet bill I paid my frontier internet bill. I sent proof of payment in and my services has been disconnected for over a week while under investigation review ! I was told it would be 24 hours to 48 hours that my service would be down until issue would be resolved . I am so furious at this point . I cannot get an answer and supervisors are unavailable .

Horrible service and product Internet connection is always spotty, every single month. Single family home, 100MB connection Almost to the day they bought out Verizon is when the issue happened They don’t invest in their network and don’t provide techs

Bill pay issues Our phone (land line) has always been reliable, so I give them credit for that. My main complaint is with their web site. I found the chat line to be totally useless. I was able to get a hold of a real person who thought he fixed my problem, but it is still not fixed. Specifically, the problem is that when I pay my bill online it says I will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, but they never send one. I like to have a record that it has been paid

Worst of the worst 1. Customer support is sub-optimal. 2. Numerous issues where the internet was down/slow and the technical support was poorly equipped to assist 3. They DO NOT prorate the service even if you cancel at the beginning of the month - I was told, "Just to set proper. expectations, your internet service is a non-regulated service where you were billed from 12/1-12/30 and because your services are billed on a monthly subscription basis, there wouldn't be any partial month credits or refunds for previously billed services." 4. You get charged a fee for returning the modem, which is ridiculous. If I had the choice between no internet or Frontier, I'd choose to live in the stone age.

Horrible service Horrible service. My experience with them was half the time connection was down due to bad installation. They sent technicians to fix it and never resolved the issues. Paying for services not received, and the kicker is that they charge you a restocking fee for their equipment when you cancel. All they want is your money and do not care if you get service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
