GBI have 2 lines with you I have 2 lines with you. Before departure to Poland I paid for a month ahead plus 25 dollars for each line to be able to call and receive call from USA . VEEvery month it is a nightmare to renew… Every month it is a nightmare to renew my card. Ultramobile denies my password and sends me a temporary one, but it takes many tries till they accept, today more than 5 tries and nothing. I do everything as it is asked from Ultramobile, and they keep saying that they are not sure if it's me, after I've sent them the password that they have just sent to my phone that one that has their SIM card. I am desperate, almost one hour trying to pay! Today is the WORST!

GBactivate my SIM card but error message shows up retying to activate my SIM card but it always shows up a error message. a error occurred try again later. trying to talk to representative over chat and phone for days now and no one available. it says out of business times. I'm in the same timezone as there and I contacted always during business times.
