Global service is a Lie. Save yourself! Think you are going great get some great global Internet and telephone access while you’re traveling? Think again. This is a disaster. First…it’s impossible to authenticate. By the time I had to leave on the airplane, I had already tried about 10 times with no success…even with “Assistance!” Then, once I got to Cambodia, you can’t even get to the Ultra Mobile site! You can’t contact them! All you get is an error message from here. So if you’re psyched to get to some foreign country and be totally cast adrift with no contact to the outside world, please be my guest and join Ultra Mobile. Otherwise, I suggest you practice self preservation and choose another carrier. What a waste of money! I can’t even call them to cancel.

Ultramobile is very disgusting liar Ultramobile is very disgusting liar, I have always been charged 3 times of my monthly subscripiton, and there is no any data shows how much mininutes, how much data I have been used, and I remember I have only made 2 calls last month, and have sent 20 sms. And there is no any details about how you have been charged. Ultramobile is absolutely liar. !!!

Awful. Stay away from Ultra Awful. I wish I could give zero stars. I bought an ultra prepaid Sim Card at Newark airport for 60$. In the price where included the Sim Card and 2 GB Internet data. If you want to add more data, the price is 7.50$ per 1GB. And I did. It was the worst thing I could ever spend money on. I could not activate the prepaid sim without an Internet connection, which is actually ironic if you take into consideration, that you buy the ultra Card to have Internet in the first place, without having to connect to a public Wifi or to your original provider but with high roaming charges... I managed to activate the card after I logged into the public WiFi at the airport, which is something I wanted to avoid... During my 8 days trip in the US, I didn't have Internet half the time and when I did, it was ultra slow (pun intented). Stay away from Ultra, it is a waste of money. Rather check if your mobile device has the e-sim function and buy a Programm online to save money and actually have quick Internet. I wish I could get my money back.
