Every month it is a nightmare to renew… Every month it is a nightmare to renew my card. Ultramobile denies my password and sends me a temporary one, but it takes many tries till they accept, today more than 5 tries and nothing. I do everything as it is asked from Ultramobile, and they keep saying that they are not sure if it's me, after I've sent them the password that they have just sent to my phone that one that has their SIM card. I am desperate, almost one hour trying to pay! Today is the WORST!

Misleading and not trusted I spoke to.a… Misleading and not trusted I spoke to.a person on ultra mobile claims there is no Esim or sim trial for 7 days is laughable it is posted where it is misleading people if anyone wants mobile service must pay today to start it up I don't trust them

These people are liars and thieves These people are liars and thieves. Prepay Paygo wallet and remaining balance disappears. Customer service can not help you because it takes them 35 days to review your account. This is a scam!!!

This is by far the worst MVNO in… This is by far the worst MVNO in existence. I am attempting to pay my bill. The payment fails. It then tells me it will connect me to an agent. It then says "we received no response, goodbye". I can only call the 611 number since I don't have service and have reached this number in the past. Yet now apparently they are not answering the phone anymore. And despite frequent references to a "chatbot that can connect you to a live agent" this feature does not actually exist. Aside from that I regularly see speeds under 0.5mbps. It is often unable to load websites, let alone stream a video in 480p. Their app is also awful and claims it "cannot verify my identity" despite using it on the same phone I always have. The last time I had this issue I simply opened the app and hit "pay bill" and was done. Now my phone number can't even be ported out until I can access another phone to call their real support number. Utterly ridiculous how bad this company is.
