Before anyone questions if I have forgotten to cancel... no I haven't. All the evidence to show that I am on the free plan and no receipt for this supposed transaction.

Submitted ticket. Have waited 5 days with no answer. The link to my support ticket no longer works. Really?

Scam! Charging 100 EUR without confirmation The subscription model of this site is almost a scam. It's almost impossible to find the cancel subscription button, and when you accidentally click "One Click Subscription" you will be immediately charged the full yearly amount of a subscription. No confirmation, no question whether you want a yearly or monthly subscription, nothing. On top of that, there's no obvious way to ask for a refund. Just sent a ticket to the billing department, if that won't work then I'll escalate this to PayPal What a joke...

I have to say a huge thank you to the developers behind this website for making such a friendly interface and easy to navigate application. I have been able to easily create all UML diagrams I have needed for my university modules.
