GBDowngraded with no notice Changed my bank account and they tried to take money from my old account. I didnt realise until suddenly they downgraded me to free. I have several important documents still in development and now they are saying I have to resubscribe. No email to say the payment couldnt be taken. Nothing. And now, to re subscribe, you guessed it, its more money.

My bank text to flag this fraudulent activity so I could block the payment but my card is now blocked until the payment is cancelled. Before anyone questions if I have forgotten to cancel... no I haven't. All the evidence to show that I am on the free plan and no receipt for this supposed transaction.

AUCorporate thieves! Like everyone else said. Charged me for 5 months. Disgusting company to deal with. Customer support sent auto responses each time. Said there was no complaints escalation. Absolute rogues. Avoid at all costs.

So off you go and spend a few hours of your life getting your thoughts ordered, wow this is great, I'll definitely look into this next time I need something professionally and have a budget. Oh, what's that? I've run out of "free shapes" and now I have to pay you a subscription or lose all those hours of work and all the thought ordering I've done. Sneaky. Bad business. Avoid.

GBWhat does it take to get a response… What does it take to get a response back from the Lucid Support Team? Paying customer. The login for their IoS product is now broken so cannot log into it. Submitted ticket. Have waited 5 days with no answer. The link to my support ticket no longer works. Really?
