Great Razors, Great company support My husband LOVES the razors and they give him a great shave!! We are in the USA and are on subscription for his razors. We have never had an issue all this time, but this time he got the wrong blades sent. Gruum was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE to my email and sent correct blades out right away! Could not be happier with the product, company and their quick action to correct the mistake! GREAT PRODUCT GREAT COMPANY- highly recommend!

WORST FOR CREATORS It's the absolutely worst platform for creators. I've uploaded my digital products, graphic assets on their platform but nobody can actually buy them. Everytime someone tries to pay, it says there was a problem try later. I've spent a few hours of my life uploading my products on a platform which doesn't work. NEVER AS A CREATOR DO NOT CHOSE GUMROAD. Try payhip, shopify, anything but gumroad.

Failed Payment on every device Tried making a payment over several days now, every single time it says "Something went wrong, please try again". Mastercard, VISA & Paypal. Different computers, different devices, different browsers. I'm not sure how a business or businesses can function if their hosts' payment systems don't even work.

AVOID at all costs I bought product through them, the seller doesn't even trade anymore. I got no product and it's been 3 months now - still no money back, they keep emailing back trying to delay things as much as possible. Reported to bank and police DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from their website, save yourself tons of headaches - go somewhere else

Hmmm Hmmm. Very frustrating and not on. Had an issue with being charged extra after I had already paid, and an automatic payment being set up without my consent. It happened again immediately after, despite me trying to make sure nothing went wrong this time (I'm looking to buy a set of 8 videos in total). Customer support told me to contact the creator, despite it being a platform issue, but gave me a no-reply email addres. After I raised a dispute in PayPal (ongoing) I was sent an email admonishing me about doing this, saying I'm now banned from using the plarform, and told to cancel the dispute if I want to be unbanned. Still no help with my issues even though I had sent screenshots.
