GBAVOID at all costs I bought product through them, the seller doesn't even trade anymore. I got no product and it's been 3 months now - still no money back, they keep emailing back trying to delay things as much as possible. Reported to bank and police DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from their website, save yourself tons of headaches - go somewhere else

PYBuying products while being in the other country I have a permanent address in the other country than the one from which I access the internet now for buying one of the products. I cant provide different address as it may be viewed by my bank as a breach of AML procedures and I may get freezed my bank account. I am obligated to use the same address which is under my card. All of this, despite of the fact that country in which I have residence is on the list. Awful buying experience. The worst one I ever had. Website looks like a joke also. Still do not know why creators use such thing like this website to sell their products / services as it just complicate a lot of things for the users. I have sent message to support during US working hours and nobody replied to me. Worst, worst, worst. Will overcome this, buy from other account by my friend, and then he will post also his review, probably with the 1 star, so next time you understand how to take care of your clients.

ESTerrible experience Terrible experience. I bought a expensive template from them to help me finish up a website since I had little time to do so and they even charged me an additional fee for passing Dollars to Euros as I am European. After paying they sent me the lisense of the template I bought without the template or anythine else which is absurd so I wrote to them and they replied saying how I should wait 30 days for the creator of the template I bought to deliver it to me but still after waiting all those days and contacting them back they keep sending me that same email to wait another 30 days. So at this point I am pretty sure those emails are AI programmed. It's been 2 months since I first bought it and still no news and they stopped responding my emails. Please avoid this platform and company at all costs and save up your money!

AUFailed Payment on every device Tried making a payment over several days now, every single time it says "Something went wrong, please try again". Mastercard, VISA & Paypal. Different computers, different devices, different browsers. I'm not sure how a business or businesses can function if their hosts' payment systems don't even work.

DKFast and easy payment I was a little worried about buying from this site, but figured since I had a one time use card with the required amount on ($10), I would give it a try. The one time use was rejected by them, but adding the funds to a normal card and then using that, worked just fine. As soon as the transaction went through, I got an email with a link to my comics. Maybe Gumroad has fixed all the issues people have had. Or maybe it's a problem with the individual creator on the platform, and not the platform itself.
