AVOID Bitly AT ALL COSTS Would give 0 Stars if possible. Absolute rubbish that has invaded my phone and prevents legitimate APPs from connecting to the appropriate sites. Have tried to get Bitly support to remove block but no help. Just need to get rid of Bitly. DO NOT INSTALL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

Infested with short links to adult sites. For many years we have gotten our inboxes full of bitly links containing adult sites. Bitly has been advised of this many times, but obviously never answered nor acted on any of our reports. I have to suspect that bitly profits hugely from unsolicited advertisers and junk mailers.

constantly used by hackers constantly used by hackers as a means to spread malicious email links. Company does nothing to stop it. Hundreds of complaints. I was blocked from complaining on Facebook. They have zero concerns about stopping it other than to cover up the fact they do not intend to.

We printed a brochure with bitly QR… We printed a brochure with bitly QR codes. Initially they worked fine, but since a few weeks they are blocked by bitly. I reached out to them several times, the issue remains unsolved. They simply closed the first ticket stating the links work, and they are not responding to any new appeals. DO NOT USE bitly for printed documents.
