GBPoor support Poor support. They "offer" an online chat session but there is no one monitoring. Strange website that looks like it was pieced together with various people. No direction, no flow, no understanding of what they even do overalls. Totally messy. Would rather work with crisp concise supportive companies that have a better focus and know how to market what they are actually doing.

GBThere are no customer service numbers… There are no customer service numbers that work. I found 4 numbers and only 1 worked, and simply said to go online and request help. I have to know account information that was unknown to me and no one could be found to reach out to. All I wanted to do was change the form of payment but now I will simply cancel that credit card and be done with any future charges.

GBGreat Platform, Great Service! As a real estate property manager and developer, location matters most! Yext makes it easy to update important information that our residents and future residents can see in real time! Their partnership with Google is just icing on the cake. Now I can log into one platform to make any updates I need, knowing that information will push to Google My Business almost instantly. If I have any questions, my Yext rep is there to help me along the way.

GBBAD (NO) CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD (NO) CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not yet a customer of Yext, I have been trying for two weeks to speak to someone to sign me up to the service. When I enquired, I explained I was moving over from SEMRUSH and was happy to sign up ASAP to avoid my contract rolling over again. Filled out the form online, no response. Sent an email in, finally had a call with someone who told me he was unsure of what department to place my business in. A week later, still no response. I have followed up twice since, as a prospective customer it's not very reassuring that even with promise of having the business no one can be bothered to get back to you. Personally would avoid.
