BRArrived in Brazil yesterday December 2 Arrived in Brazil yesterday December 2, 2022. Purchased 5 gig 30 day nomad E-sim. It was successfully installed in my s21 ultra via QR code. Following that there has been ongoing consultation with their tech people. Greater than 24 hours later I still have no connection. I have wasted greater than $50. US, I have wasted hours corresponding with folks with no clue. I am burning up my time in Rio on nonsense and can't use my phone.

CAHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Nomad provides no support to customers… Nomad provides no support to customers who are unable to activate the plan. By the time they contacted me about they problem my trip was have over and they never did solve the problem. I DO NOT recommend buying this product simply because their customer service is horrid! They apologized for their late response but that did not help me at all.

GBIf I could rate this a -10 that would… If I could rate this a -10 that would be more than Nomad Internet is worth! With so many complaints against them, I will not go into the details. The service was fair - While It Worked. Once it quit working, I contacted their chat support - got their usual spiel about getting it to engineering and response within 24 to 48 hours. BUT, NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. Follow up contacts, still NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. Still no internet service from their router! Buyer Beware!

GBI own a small truck stop and rely on… I own a small truck stop and rely on Nomad Air for reliable internet. I can easily connect all of my devices to the modem and the signal is stable. Their customer support is also excellent and always available to help with any issues.

GBWarning they will steal your money! Very shady crooked company that appears to be out to steal money. The service does not work. Speeds are too slow to be usable, you can not actually speak with anyone all communication must be done by chat or email, and they lie. They constantly say that they want to make it right and will resolve the issue and refund your money if they can’t. Well almost $700 later no refunds, it NEVER worked (something I advised them from the day I received it and set it up), and I was being charged for the service AFTER they received everything back. FYI didn’t get a refund for that either.
