GBI’d rather have no internet than use them again We had Nomad for about a year, maybe a little more. All was going well until the local AT&T tower underwent maintenance and our internet stopped working. Clearly they were piggybacking on the tower. It rooms months and hundreds of dollars in trying to fix it before we gave up, then it tools months for them to cancel our service all while we paid for it! This company is such a scam and their customer service is non-existent- literally. It can only be done via email there is no one you can call to trouble shoot a problem.

BRArrived in Brazil yesterday December 2 Arrived in Brazil yesterday December 2, 2022. Purchased 5 gig 30 day nomad E-sim. It was successfully installed in my s21 ultra via QR code. Following that there has been ongoing consultation with their tech people. Greater than 24 hours later I still have no connection. I have wasted greater than $50. US, I have wasted hours corresponding with folks with no clue. I am burning up my time in Rio on nonsense and can't use my phone.

GBSCAM ALERT! After 5 months of "troubleshooting", them sending another router, and promises to refund money if the service doesn't work, their billing simply offered the most recent month refund (July) and this was after I sent both units back in May and asked for the refund. I could not even download the Speedtest page to test the speed most of the time. I will be reporting to FTC and BBB, disputing the charges, and leaving negative reviews in hopes others don't suffer through my experience.

CAHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Nomad provides no support to customers… Nomad provides no support to customers who are unable to activate the plan. By the time they contacted me about they problem my trip was have over and they never did solve the problem. I DO NOT recommend buying this product simply because their customer service is horrid! They apologized for their late response but that did not help me at all.

GBNegative 5 stars The sales staff oversold their service. The money back thing is a scam. They charged me 70 dollars out of 116 dollars for activation etc. Plus you will pay to send their router back. They never say a word of any of that in the sales pitch. They tell you how fast it will be plus lied about 5g service in my area. Just go get starlink and save yourself a bunch of aggravation.
