DEI've been with Nomad for a year or so I've been with Nomad for a year or so, it's been a bumpy ride to say the least! But I have been on a "Bring your own device" plan since day one, and my personal MiFi is finally aging out. Decided to try the Travel Air solution with the travel bag to see if it would work for my hunting land. The transition was not "one click" but as long as I followed the sales and support team's instructions everything went flawlessly. My advice, be patient, relax, and let the process work through the seemingly unnecessary delays. For me it has always worked out exactly as advertised! GBI’d rather have no internet than use them again We had Nomad for about a year, maybe a little more. All was going well until the local AT&T tower underwent maintenance and our internet stopped working. Clearly they were piggybacking on the tower. It rooms months and hundreds of dollars in trying to fix it before we gave up, then it tools months for them to cancel our service all while we paid for it! This company is such a scam and their customer service is non-existent- literally. It can only be done via email there is no one you can call to trouble shoot a problem.

GBSCAM ALERT! After 5 months of "troubleshooting", them sending another router, and promises to refund money if the service doesn't work, their billing simply offered the most recent month refund (July) and this was after I sent both units back in May and asked for the refund. I could not even download the Speedtest page to test the speed most of the time. I will be reporting to FTC and BBB, disputing the charges, and leaving negative reviews in hopes others don't suffer through my experience.

GBThis is the worst experience with an… This is the worst experience with an internet service i've ever had to deal with. They merged with Verizon and shut my service down. then, the next month had the nerve to take the bill out of my account. I can get any customer service at all and if you plan on calling them, forget that!!!! there is no phone number at all...... they will never get mine nor anyone else i know business........!!!!!! soooo aggravated !!!!!

GBScammers Scammers! If I could give them a negative score, I would.I tried their service 11 months ago. It never worked despite trying everything. Started trying to cancel my subscription months ago. You start off having to try to get a person on the phone to get a return number. Since I work, I can't sit on the phone all day trying. That took 2 months to get return authorization. Shipped back all equipment in original packing following every instruction they gave. The equipment was back in their warehouse on August 1 with proof of delivery from UPS. On August 9th they billed me for August service. They've soaked me for about $1,500.
