AUThe worst online service I've ever… The worst online service I've ever encountered. I signed up for the trial period. From the word GO, nothing worked on their site. None of their buttons worked. It didn't matter what I clicked on, nothing ever opened. I then cancelled. They confirmed cancellation, yet two months later, they charge my credit card $156! No service, no product. There were no instructions on how to start the trial, no response from 'Mike' who was the 'go to' for support; sorry, he responded more than a week later to just repeat what I already knew. Lucky my bank has refunded me. Stay right away from this mob. I don't think they're legitimate.

NZThis product was once amazing This product was once amazing. Now none of their customer support team knows what they are doing. They've doubled their pricing, reduced software capabilities, and customer support can't even find active accounts or resolve issues for brands who use their software. Avoid it at all costs.

LVI had trial for seven days.Before I was… I had trial for seven days.Before I was following to 586, then Sprout pushed me to follow for around 1100 accounts, in seven days double...I get back 6 followers...1%...I wanted to unfollow, but it wasnt reversable any more, so I did it manualy...I uses another app Combin, at least there I could see straight away who dont follow back, didnt need to check, halfe job done...Sprout said we have 20% come back followers...I have got 1%...I already had my heart said dont try...Just made more unnecessary job

GBA great tool for managing social with multiple teams Our team has several team members among marketing and customer support who are responsible for interacting on our social media channels and publishing content. Sprout makes it seamless for managing those roles and ensuring we know who is responsible for what, when and why. It's a bit expensive to add new users, but worth it for a few users.
