GBThe install was very clean and minimal… The install was very clean and minimal in time when ONT was installed. I would suggest that when a tech returns on future installs to install router, that an appointment is scheduled instead of tech just showing up. The construction work was clean, although final clean up and erosion control(sod) needs to be placed at all excavation sites. The service has been stable and reliable to this point! I know several neighbors are still struggling to get their services up and running. It might be a good idea to get those worked out quickly for the revenue and image. Competitors are planning and working to move in, so being first to the game and giving everyone the experience I had would go a long way.

GBIf I could leave a negative star review… If I could leave a negative star review I would! This company cut my friends 85 year old fathers main water line to his house and are refusing to do anything about it. They have been left with NO WATER since Friday! You need to make this right and fix your mistakes!

GBI would recommend Open Infra Ok, to be honest, the first couple of months the service sucked. I almost canceled them. But they were new to my area and they must have done some infrastructure builds and/or maintenance because the last 3 or 4 months they have been great. I am definitely sticking with them. Fiber is the way to go.

GBOpen Infra could require portable shade… Open Infra could require portable shade units (they are cheap) be provided fir their workers who are DIGGING IN THE SUN BY HAND IN 100+ DEGREE WEATHER. I have messaged them and they responded that they'd look into it but it was thru a 3rd party. I responded that it was their name on this project and their responsibility. Such disregard for human life is shameful when some small provisions could help avoid heat related illnesses.
