GBOpen Infra could require portable shade… Open Infra could require portable shade units (they are cheap) be provided fir their workers who are DIGGING IN THE SUN BY HAND IN 100+ DEGREE WEATHER. I have messaged them and they responded that they'd look into it but it was thru a 3rd party. I responded that it was their name on this project and their responsibility. Such disregard for human life is shameful when some small provisions could help avoid heat related illnesses.

GBOpen Infra fiber optic - bad idea They are trying to lay line in Aubrey, TX. Installation crews have been boring/digging through residential water lines all summer. We are without water this evening; they hit a main line in our area today. As they bore, they leave you a sludge mess in your property’s bar ditch. This is progress?

GBNo complaints. Quality service. The install was clean and no mess was left. Service has been consistent (beats the hell out of suddenlink). Only issue I've had is the signal booster needs to be restarted if there's a power outage (rare). Otherwise, im tickled with the price and quality.

GBI would recommend Open Infra Ok, to be honest, the first couple of months the service sucked. I almost canceled them. But they were new to my area and they must have done some infrastructure builds and/or maintenance because the last 3 or 4 months they have been great. I am definitely sticking with them. Fiber is the way to go.

GBOutstanding service updates under… Outstanding service updates under pressure. There was an outage in my area caused by construction and I have experienced ABSOLUTELY stellar updates that felt empathetic, to say the least. I’ve never worked construction, and I missed a meeting due to the outage… but I know enough to say this company is working in a difficult position of providing updates on behalf of 3rd parties that are out of their control. The updates are OUTSTANDING, even with pictures of the work. Thank you! Take your time to do it safely.
