AUOvercharged my credit card they advertised a product for $44, and then charged $65 from my account. I immediately requested to cancel my order but they said it’s already sent so they can’t cancel it. LOL. according to them, they shipped my product after just 5 minutes. 100% scam

GBLack of Commitment and Integration Issues with Reputation's Customer Service I am thoroughly disappointed with the Reputation customer services and integration team. Despite the system's great reporting features, the constant issues with integrations have overshadowed any positives. The lack of ownership and commitment from their team, excluding a few exceptions, is frustrating. Communication is sparse, follow-up meetings are canceled, and problem resolution is minimal. I would not recommend this system due to these ongoing integration problems. A reevaluation of their customer service practices is urgently needed.

GBValuable Partner! I have specifically worked with SIM partners which was acquired by Reputation.com not too long ago. They have been a valuable partner and offer swift and reliable service. Any requests or questions we have are investigated and resolved quickly with an abundant amount of communication throughout the process. Our account rep is honestly amazing with all that she handles and accomplishes for us.

GBGreat Experience with Excellent Results My company is current a client of Reputation, and we could not be more happy with our experience. We first signed on with them to for business listing management and review requesting tools, then we added on the review responding feature and also just moved our customer surveys to their platform. We have seen our review volume increase drastically and have received a record number of reviews last month. We are a franchise model and our franchisees are pleased with the ease of the dashboard and app. Their technical support team also always meets our needs, and we get a lot of support from our Customer Success Manager and team. We plan to stay partnered with Reputation for a long time!

GBNo idea where they got my name from I got an email saying if I don't sign up to their PRO service they can't continue removing my details. Wha??? I'd never even heard of them before now, but apparently I have an account with them! I can only guess that when I've signed up to something else it has linked to them. So, I'm trying to find a way to close the account as I really don't want to have ANYTHING to do with them but of course there's no way to do this without contacting them - I try to instant chat but as soon as I hit "enter" the window closes. They sound like complete cowboys to me, and VERY dodgy.
