GBTheir builder is great and it is one of… Their builder is great and it is one of the best landing page softwares I've ever used. It is very intuitive. They do not honor their own ToS. If you are working part of their affiliate program, they refuse to pay contractors who set up sites on behalf of their clients. Word of warning. GBWonderful customer service Lemo via chat helped me tremendously. No wait time at all, he spent over 30 min on my problem. I have used clickfunnels previously and I would get emails back in 48-72 hrs. Most companies are going the email rather than the live chat route. The power of Instapage, the aesthetics, ease of use, and customer support make this a no-brainer. WELL WORTH THE MONEY! I run a small business, and the landing page conversion for contests and such has been phenomenal

AUCustomer support is terrible Customer support. We had an issue where Instapage did not send our leads to our nominated email address for about 1 month. They said it was nothing on their end and blamed our email host. In the end, they discovered that it was an error with their suppression list from their microservice, causing those emails to never get sent. They offered no compensation, barely admitted it was an error and even refused to send the leads in bulk form to us - they made us download them one at a time... This is just one of the many issues we have had with the product where the leads have not been sent to us. They deny responsibility, blaming anything else, before doing proper investigations.

GBDon't Go Near Them Signed up for a free trial. Took me three months to realize they'd been billing me. Didn't touch the platform once but apparently they have a no refund policy. Awful practice.
