GBSave Yourself! Avoid Instapage at all costs! We complained about the ridiculous set of price increases that were thrust upon us without any clear communication and were given the cut and paste response that others have received i.e. our concerns were batted away without a second thought (and our money kept in their pockets). Please be careful if you opt to sign up with this lot as they'll super-increase subscription prices by stealth and have zero interest in looking after their customers. A deeply sleazy operation in my view that's barely legal given their questionable approach to pricing and customer service. There are far better value options out there such as LeadPages and ClickFunnels. Please don't make the mistake we did; avoid Instapage at all costs!

ARYou seriously need to improve... You have a decent service, but you don't provide an efficient way to communicate bugs or service flaws. You also don't provide a public roadmap of things you are working on, and support forum answers are all like "Thank you. We will see what can we do in the future". For example, spam protection (a simple captcha) should be at top of your priorities to avoid fake leads. There were other very simple considerations (as simple as changing a value in your config, because of an old limitation) that won't never be implemented on your side and difficult us our job.

NZAvoid Instapage Very unhappy with Instapage. They have aggressive pricing and auto-renewed a lock-in 12 month contract without sending any reminders. Customer service would not budge and still charging me $1149 USD p/mth despite me not having used the product for 12 months

GBDon't Go Near Them Signed up for a free trial. Took me three months to realize they'd been billing me. Didn't touch the platform once but apparently they have a no refund policy. Awful practice.

AUCustomer support is terrible Customer support. We had an issue where Instapage did not send our leads to our nominated email address for about 1 month. They said it was nothing on their end and blamed our email host. In the end, they discovered that it was an error with their suppression list from their microservice, causing those emails to never get sent. They offered no compensation, barely admitted it was an error and even refused to send the leads in bulk form to us - they made us download them one at a time... This is just one of the many issues we have had with the product where the leads have not been sent to us. They deny responsibility, blaming anything else, before doing proper investigations.
