Instapage's customer support is… Instapage's customer support is amazing, I always get a response within seconds. In addition, the platform is quite easy to use. All my needs were met and the customer support, especially Roberta, is not only very friendly but very helpful and has a solution to every question/problem in seconds, I am so very satisfied that I registered here on Trustpilot just to write this review for Instapage. Great platform, love it!

No Export, Locked for life, Price increases There is no easy way to export your pages when you stop using their platform. So better think twice before investing in such a platform. In addition the prices increase every year with your old plan not maintained (you're forced to upgrade). I hope this comment won't get deleted as the one I posted on their forum disappeared.

Save Yourself! Avoid Instapage at all costs! We complained about the ridiculous set of price increases that were thrust upon us without any clear communication and were given the cut and paste response that others have received i.e. our concerns were batted away without a second thought (and our money kept in their pockets). Please be careful if you opt to sign up with this lot as they'll super-increase subscription prices by stealth and have zero interest in looking after their customers. A deeply sleazy operation in my view that's barely legal given their questionable approach to pricing and customer service. There are far better value options out there such as LeadPages and ClickFunnels. Please don't make the mistake we did; avoid Instapage at all costs!

HORRIBLE - Don't Sign up with them Garbage landing page software. Build plan only allows up to ONLY 30 Landing pages to he published at ANY time! If you want to have more than 30 published pages you need to upgrade to the "Convert Plan" and guess what, the convert plan is $45,000 ANUALLY!! Can you believe that, if you want more than 30 published pages it is $45k. This platform is a compete joke, horrible customer service. Took me over 2 weeks to finally get a demo with them. STAY AWAY from them. They are literally the worst platform and all the 5 star reviews you guys see out there are ALL FAKE REVEIWS! Stay away

Don't Go Near Them Signed up for a free trial. Took me three months to realize they'd been billing me. Didn't touch the platform once but apparently they have a no refund policy. Awful practice.
