Great Product and service. We ordered our cover online from the standard selections after reviewing all of the information on how to determine the size that we needed. The product shipped out within the next 2 days and we had it within a week and is a very quality cover and all of the information and parts that were needed to install and a much lower cost than the local pool companies had priced to us. Awesome Quality We have purchased 3 pool covers for our above ground pool over the last 10 years and each time we have been so disappointed in the quality. Those covers were each inadequate. We have our new pool cover from Pool Centers and it is wonderful. The cover is sized to fit better, the seam around the edge is reinforced and the cover is made of material to stand up to the weather. Recommend Pool Centers highly.

Shipped wrong cover We ordered a 20 x 38 blue cover and received a 18 x 36 green cover that even had someone else's name on the label. When we called, the respondent made it seem as though we were incorrect and it should be the correct cover. But as we looked further into the cover, it was indeed not the one that we ordered.
