pool cover Good price versus competition. Product "looks" good, but my history is that other pool covers only last 2 years...despite my best on-going maintenance efforts. It would be great if you would re-survey me in 2 years.

Quick shipping They are really fast. They processed and shipped and let me know when I would get the pool cover. Not sure if the pool cover is good, but it had a 20 year warranty. The warranty covers what not to do for the warranty to be valid and a decreasing value over a 20 year period which is completely understandable. The cover was heavy too, not like the other ones I had purchased. I am pleased for right now and don't expect it to change.

Great product and super fast shipment!! Every winter cover I have bought up to this point has been the bare minimum length to extend beyond the edge of the pool, and was quickly destroyed in a two year timespan. When I received my new cover, I quickly became aware that the cover is high quality and extends about a foot beyond which will mean less pulling when the snow load comes. Additionally, the scrim seems like it will hold up much longer than any other cover that I have bought previously!

Shipped wrong cover We ordered a 20 x 38 blue cover and received a 18 x 36 green cover that even had someone else's name on the label. When we called, the respondent made it seem as though we were incorrect and it should be the correct cover. But as we looked further into the cover, it was indeed not the one that we ordered.
