AWESOME experiance, top quality good products at 1/2 the price! Always skeptical about online purchasing. The pool center staff very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was able to answer questions the local pool stores could or would not. The products I purchased met all my high expectations. The 8.95 packaging fee with free shipping was not a limiting factor.

Great Product and service. We ordered our cover online from the standard selections after reviewing all of the information on how to determine the size that we needed. The product shipped out within the next 2 days and we had it within a week and is a very quality cover and all of the information and parts that were needed to install and a much lower cost than the local pool companies had priced to us. We will be doing business with them a gain for all of our pool needs.

Garbage product and waiting on a response from customer service Purchased 15 sets of water bags for tying down an in-ground pool cover and they are made of the flimsiest plastic imaginable. More than half of the water bags already had splits or pin sized holes in them upon arrival. Absolutely garbage. Sent an email to customer service requesting a refund and am waiting on a response.

Quality pool cover elivered in about 1 week … The cover was delivered in about 1 week from the day that I ordered it. I used the same brand of cover for the past 13 years and expect the replacement to last just as long. I won't use it until the fall but I have come to trust the brand.

Covers recieved as ordered Had to replace an existing extremely heavy 10 year old safety cover on our pool. The solid and mesh safety covers for our custom shaped pool are now beyond expensive so am going back to a good alternative. Quality cannot be judged without a few years of use but the literature gives a good sense of anticipated quality. Cover arrived within a few days, am looking forward to closing
