BEReliable delivery of transactional emails with free account for more than a year I have been using Socket Labs for transactional email about a year now and email delivery has significantly improved. Only hotmail still seems to be a problem, but that may be due to my DMARC settings. And the best news: it is completely free, while still having a fully functional dashboard :-) Socketlabs is maybe not as popular as other transactional mail providers, but I am very pleased with them. The only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is that email batches of more than 100 emails are being delayed up to a couple of hours.

ZAAn SMTP service is not a big part of what we do Using an SMTP server/service is not a big part of what we do, so I hoped that setting up Socketlabs for our modest requirements would not be a big deal. Sure enough, Socketlabs did not disappoint, and using the service is completely transparent to our users. Thank you!

GBSocketLabs is easy to use with reliable deliverability! SocketLabs works as a great backup to our AMS. Our AMS has a built-in email platform, but many of our association members don't allow the email through due to settings on their campuses. SocketLab emails get through! In addition, it is very easy to design & send emails as well as look at reporting. HI have used many other email platforms and highly recommend SocketLabs.

GBNo out of hours support Until an hour ago i’d have given SocketLabs 5 stars. However they have suspended our server for high spam content, when the same email has been sent out over the past 2weeks 7,000 times. They have also suspended over the weekend when no support is on until Monday afternoon as they are an American company. No weekend support despite their website stating 24/7 support.
