Since moving to Socket Labs, our deliverability has increased and very impressed with the very user-friendly dashboard and reporting tools. Honestly, Socket Labs is Excellent! Honestly, Socket Labs is Excellent! Their platform does everything I want it to do and more! on top of being able to load my lists and send emails, their reporting has all the info I want and even gives me domain scoring so I can avoid any kind of spam complaints. Their GUI is a little dated and could use a refresh, but other than that, Socket Labs is the most versatile email system I've found. That's putting them over mail chip and constant contact.

Super Service Socket Labs has solved all my email sending needs. An easy-to-understand user interface combined with fast responsive and competent support must make this the best deal in the world.

An SMTP service is not a big part of what we do Using an SMTP server/service is not a big part of what we do, so I hoped that setting up Socketlabs for our modest requirements would not be a big deal. Sure enough, Socketlabs did not disappoint, and using the service is completely transparent to our users. Thank you!

Reliable delivery of transactional emails with free account for more than a year I have been using Socket Labs for transactional email about a year now and email delivery has significantly improved. Only hotmail still seems to be a problem, but that may be due to my DMARC settings. And the best news: it is completely free, while still having a fully functional dashboard :-) Socketlabs is maybe not as popular as other transactional mail providers, but I am very pleased with them. The only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is that email batches of more than 100 emails are being delayed up to a couple of hours.
