Their "suspension list" feature prevents us from resending email to non-existent or blocked addresses and thus reduces the likelihood of being identified as a spammer. Their GUI is a little dated and could use a refresh, but other than that, Socket Labs is the most versatile email system I've found. That's putting them over mail chip and constant contact.

Their reports are very helpful and their sender score is helpful to gauge to make sure your emails do not end up in spam folders. Their free version is more than enough for a bulk of the businesses, but for larger businesses with a more robust marketing plans, their paid plans are unmatched.

No out of hours support Until an hour ago i’d have given SocketLabs 5 stars. However they have suspended our server for high spam content, when the same email has been sent out over the past 2weeks 7,000 times. They have also suspended over the weekend when no support is on until Monday afternoon as they are an American company. No weekend support despite their website stating 24/7 support.
