Overall it's been fantastic Overall it's been fantastic. We get our testing emails going on without issues. Once we move our systems to production the switch is 100% transparent. I have never found an issue with it. It just works, it's amazing. The setup was a breeze and got it up and running in no time. Literally, it just took me like 2 minutes.

Reliable delivery of transactional emails with free account for more than a year I have been using Socket Labs for transactional email about a year now and email delivery has significantly improved. Only hotmail still seems to be a problem, but that may be due to my DMARC settings. And the best news: it is completely free, while still having a fully functional dashboard :-) Socketlabs is maybe not as popular as other transactional mail providers, but I am very pleased with them. The only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is that email batches of more than 100 emails are being delayed up to a couple of hours.

Yes, it's UI isn't as streamlined as Constant Contact or other better known platforms, but it's way more powerful. The mailing list management is very good.Where SocketLabs really shines is when it comes send-reports. Their reports are very helpful and their sender score is helpful to gauge to make sure your emails do not end up in spam folders. Their free version is more than enough for a bulk of the businesses, but for larger businesses with a more robust marketing plans, their paid plans are unmatched.

I use SocketLabs to send out every-other-week emails to 10,000 alumni I have been sending out every-other-week emails to a high school alumni database that has a little over 10,000 addresses, and it is VERY easy to do using SocketLabs. Essentially I take a previous email I sent out, copy it, and then re-do it so that it meets my needs. Highlighting the posting of internet addresses and email addresses is quite easy. And the finished product always looks very professional. I would highly recommend anyone using SocketLabs if they are sending out mass emails to thousands of addresses!
