Superior Product, Excellent Customer Service I purchased two monogrammed robes as gifts shortly before Christmas. I was concerned with receiving them on time so I contacted ThirstyTowels customer service. The woman assured me that I would receive the items on time. I did, only 3 days later! One recipient said it was the most luxurious gift he had ever received. All items were true to size and weight and came packaged beautifully. Heavenly towels My experience with Thisty Towels far exceeded my expectations. The towels are so soft, especially the bath mats! It's like stepping on a cloud! The customer service was phenomenal and still one year later the towels are as fluffy and white as they were on day one!
