Great customer service and easy to work with! I ordered a robe for my wife at Christmas and paid for 3-day delivery which ended up taking a week and arrived after the holidays. I can understand the reality of weather delays, etc. but was understandably not thrilled. I reached out via email and they refunded the delivery fee on the spot, no problem and no questions asked. In the end, the robe ended up too large by a bit and we returned it and received a refund with no complications or delays. I really appreciated dealing with a company that works with their customers and not against them as so many do! The robe itself was very nice, thick and warm and had the size worked would be in our home today.

Purchased As a Gift I purchased 2 embroidered bath robes and I was very pleasantly surprised with them. Colors, workmanship, material and texture were all impressive. They were well packaged and arrived sooner that expected. Finally, the prices were really good too; definitely worth every penny. Superior Product, Excellent Customer Service I purchased two monogrammed robes as gifts shortly before Christmas.
