robes for grandchildren This is the third set of robes for my grandchildren that I have ordered from this company. The terry cloth is very high quality and their service is great. I am sure that I will be ordering another set from Thirsty Towels when they outgrow those I recently purchased. I would highly recommend this company.

Bathrobe is perfect Bathrobe is perfect -- thick, thirsty cotton, very soft, very plush, fits well. Only drawback is because of the superior quality, it's so heavy! Package arrived quickly, and embroidered name was done well. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Superior Product, Excellent Customer Service I purchased two monogrammed robes as gifts shortly before Christmas. I was concerned with receiving them on time so I contacted ThirstyTowels customer service. The woman assured me that I would receive the items on time. I did, only 3 days later! One recipient said it was the most luxurious gift he had ever received. All items were true to size and weight and came packaged beautifully. Great customer service and easy to work with! I ordered a robe for my wife at Christmas and paid for 3-day delivery which ended up taking a week and arrived after the holidays. I can understand the reality of weather delays, etc. but was understandably not thrilled. I reached out via email and they refunded the delivery fee on the spot, no problem and no questions asked. In the end, the robe ended up too large by a bit and we returned it and received a refund with no complications or delays. I really appreciated dealing with a company that works with their customers and not against them as so many do! The robe itself was very nice, thick and warm and had the size worked would be in our home today.

Received wonderful assistance on the … Received wonderful assistance on the phone. Shipping was fast and efficient. I ordered the 24 oz robe, which is really thick. Perhaps a little too heavy for me. I over reacted to the flimsiness of other robes I had ordered. Wish I had ordered a regular robe for comparison.
