GBExcellent! My boyfriend surprised me on my birthday with a couples massage in our apartment and it was a fantastic experience!! Lamar and Cassio were fun to chat with, very professional, and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. It was my first time being massaged by a man and he did a great job with communication and making me feel comfortable. Not only were the massages great but they were both fun and made me feel very comfortable despite the semi awkwardness of having a stranger come over and set up massage tables in your home. They even had nice music for ambiance! 10/10!

GBMy massage was great--Ashley was… My massage was great--Ashley was professional and friendly, and had a great technique. We live out in the country, so it takes about half an hour or so to get an appointment confirmed when we hit the button in the App. Because I try to make an appointment for at least a day out it hasn't been a problem ... I'd imagine if we were in more of a city center location appointments would be more prolific, but again, I don't mind the short delay in confirmation.

GBManagement is horrible I was an employee of Zeel Massage and I was canned for questioning Zeel Massage! Specifically I asked, why out of 8 requests all 8 of those requests the system was telling me that the request was booked with another provider. Why I am not being approved for requests that clients desire. I never got my answer! What I really thing is going on behind the close doors is they cherry pick who they want to give work too, in some cases they would rather refuse to give a contractor a client and cancel the session for a client all together rather than pairing them with unwanted contractor that they don’t like. I would not be surprised if this business will fold within a few years! Stay away from this platform is all I can say!!

GBDon't recommend Zeel membership! I was a member for over a year and kept my account going for over a year (so I wouldn't get fined 200$ for canceling early). I could not get my money back once I decided I no longer wanted or needed their services! Now I have credit and canceled my account, so I don't continue to get charged monthly. To get the discounted rate, you must restart the monthly charges again! So now I must pay the total price for the massages to use my credit! Win-win for them and loss for the customer! They really should refund money to the customer if they don't want their service. Therefore I Do not recommend a Zeel membership.

GBAmazing The therapist Zeel provided is perfection. Always on time and wonderful. I only wish there was a way to contact our therapist directly, there are some technics he uses that I would like more of and I’d like to communicate more with him about my desire for more full body style of massage. Other than that he has been incredible and I am sure will be even better as we use him more.
