I had an avergae experience ordering… I had an avergae experience ordering from zeel.com. The customer service was slow and didn't come through wel either when I bad trouble with my order. It took a bit more time then expected to recieve my order overall and the pick up process also wasn't overly effortless. Also, the overall presentation of the website could be improved with more options for easy navigatoin and viewing of the items. Although the prices were reasnable, the quality of the prducts were so-so even with delivering of the order. I think they really need to work on their deliver and customer service to make it better. All in all, I think this compny could be prtty good if they make som amends.

The service has always been flawless The service has always been flawless. As with any massage service, it takes time to find your “preferred” masseuse/masseurs. However, I’ve never had a bad massage during the search and it didn’t take long to find several. I, also, really love the ability to gift massages...as do the recipients

Theres no this time! Theres no this time!! My daughter bought and paid in full with 18% tip in way of gift card. All I was supposed to do was check in and schedule appointment, Even same day. This company is requiring I make a profile and supply credit card or even debit card of my own. I refuse to add debit card as they are affilated with out of US companies or persons. I have been 5 days trying to use my birthday gift card because they won't set an appt with my form of payment!! Im filing a complaint with NY BBB .

Zeel is the absolute worse and I'm… Zeel is the absolute worse and I'm speaking from the aspect as a Licensed Massage Therapist. It takes forever to even create an account if your even able to. I heard some pretty bad stories from other LMTs however I decided to join anyway and I see I've made a mistake. I've emailed them a numerous amount of times and still have no access after sending in all my personal information including my LMT info. Not sure why this has been an ongoing issue for over 3 months now but it's obvious Zeel needs more reliable LMTs and yet you keep them/us waiting. Please look into the system or reconsider how you process applications and the time it takes.

My massage was great--Ashley was… My massage was great--Ashley was professional and friendly, and had a great technique. We live out in the country, so it takes about half an hour or so to get an appointment confirmed when we hit the button in the App. Because I try to make an appointment for at least a day out it hasn't been a problem ... I'd imagine if we were in more of a city center location appointments would be more prolific, but again, I don't mind the short delay in confirmation.
