GBafter 2 cancellations in one day after 2 cancellations in one day, I had to leave a poem here: A massage promised, a promise not kept, Cancellations twice, my hopes they've swept, Poor service rendered, no solace found, With empty promises that they abound. A sanctuary of relaxation they claim, Yet broken vows leave me in vain, Disappointments mount, frustration to blame, My faith in them is left maimed. They hold my trust, a precious commodity, Their unkept promises, a breach of fidelity, My desire for calm, a fleeting possibility, Their unreliability, a burden to carry. CAI had an avergae experience ordering… I had an avergae experience ordering from zeel.com. The customer service was slow and didn't come through wel either when I bad trouble with my order. It took a bit more time then expected to recieve my order overall and the pick up process also wasn't overly effortless. Also, the overall presentation of the website could be improved with more options for easy navigatoin and viewing of the items. Although the prices were reasnable, the quality of the prducts were so-so even with delivering of the order. I think they really need to work on their deliver and customer service to make it better. All in all, I think this compny could be prtty good if they make som amends.

GBMedia post of my house by therapist My massage therapist was professional, and arrived promptly and provided a B+ massage. After she left my 16 year old daughter showed me a short video of MY BATHROOM that this therapist posted while washing her hands!! She clearly was taken with our bathroom, which is unusual and beautiful, but COMPLETELY not ok to show without my consent.

GBDouble standard they have indeed adding… Double standard they have indeed adding to unprofessionalism in their platform that has flaws from my experience many times. For example, my last appointment, I was not informed as it was canceled the week before, and trying to get a response from a human and not a bot!! I would not recommend the therapist or Zeel from my experience again. A veteran or any other person should not be disrespected and disregarded as I was in my experience. Indeed, I’ve been to other place that offer VA massages and there’s no comparison Zeel has much to improve again in my experience.

GBResponses to complaints are insulting To Be Clear- I have not used Zeel services. However, just reading the unimaginably generic (bordering on obtuse) responses from the company to each complaint, regarding a system which Clearly does not work, I'm just going to avoid Zeel altogether, and thank all of those who had to endure what they went through in order to help me avoid this disaster. (Apparently, Zeel, by way of Trustpilot, has asked me to clarify my review, which I am only too happy to do. While I have not used Zeel Services, myself... One thing I have experienced from Zeel is to witness their responses to one-star reviews on this website. And based on those responses from Zeel alone - I would not do business with them.) I hope that helps.
